Terms of Service

By using cfb.colesalgopicks.com or any related ColesAlgoPicks subdomain (collectively, "the service"), you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 21 years old (or the legal age for sports betting in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher).
• You must comply with the laws of your jurisdiction regarding access to sports research, prop data, and sportsbook line aggregation.
• You may not use the service in any jurisdiction where doing so would violate local law.

2. What the service provides

• college football baseball research: player-prop projections, edges versus posted lines, hit rates, optimal slips, game lines, team and player data, and a transparent track record.
• Optional Discord-OAuth sign-in for cross-device sync and access management.
• Discord community channels for discussion.

3. What the service does NOT provide

• No guarantees of accuracy, edge, or profitability. Our models are best-effort; lines move; college football baseball is high-variance and outcomes are uncertain. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• No betting facilitation. We never place wagers on your behalf. You bet on your own account at your own discretion.
• No wager handling. We do not accept bets, hold customer betting funds, or operate a sportsbook.
• No insider information. Everything we publish is derived from public college football baseball data and sportsbook lines.

4. Subscriptions, billing & auto-renewal

Some features are or may become part of a paid subscription. The following terms apply to all paid access.

• Payments are processed by Winible. Our subscriptions are sold and billed through Winible, which acts as the merchant of record. Winible processes your payment, manages your subscription, and is responsible for billing, receipts, renewals, cancellations, and refunds. The College King / ColesAlgoPicks does not store or process your card details and does not operate its own billing portal.
• Price. The price, billing interval, and any applicable taxes or fees are the ones shown on the Winible checkout page at the time you subscribe. By completing checkout you agree to that price.
• Auto-renewal. Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price, using your payment method on file with Winible, until you cancel. One-time passes (where offered) do not auto-renew.
• Network membership. A subscription is a single membership across the ColesAlgoPicks network of sites, including The College King.
• Discord-role access. Paid access is delivered by granting a subscriber role to your Discord account through Winible's Discord integration. You sign in with Discord, and your access is determined by whether your Discord account holds that subscriber role. You must keep a valid Discord account connected to use paid features. If the subscriber role is removed (for example after cancellation or non-payment), paid access ends.

5. Cancellation & refunds

• Cancel anytime. You can cancel a recurring subscription at any time through Winible. When you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that.
• Refunds are handled by Winible as merchant of record, in accordance with Winible's refund and cancellation policy in effect at the time of purchase.
• How to request. To cancel or request a refund, use your Winible account, or contact us in our Discord and we will direct you to the correct process. We may help facilitate a request but cannot override Winible's policy.
• If a payment is reversed, charged back, or otherwise fails, we and/or Winible may suspend or remove your paid access.

6. Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your Discord account secure — we use it as your identity.
• One account per person. Don't share, resell, or transfer it.
• We can suspend or delete accounts that abuse the service (scraping at scale, harassment in Discord, attempting to game our model outputs, etc.).
• You can delete your account at any time. We can't recover deleted accounts.

7. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to:

• Scrape, mirror, or republish the site's data at scale without permission.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any access controls or the paywall.
• Use the site for any illegal purpose, including gambling in a jurisdiction where it's prohibited.
• Impersonate another user or submit malicious content in any field that supports user input.

8. Intellectual property

The dashboards, model outputs, code, and design are © 2026 ColesAlgoPicks. Raw college football baseball data is owned by its respective rights holders and used under their public terms. Sportsbook lines are aggregated from public sources.

9. Disclaimers + liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" with no warranties of any kind. We're not liable for any losses, missed opportunities, or damages arising from your use of the service. If a model output turns out to be wrong, a line moves, or a feature is unavailable, you have no claim against us. Winible, as merchant of record, is solely responsible for payment processing, billing, and refunds; questions about a charge should be directed to Winible.

10. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator of ColesAlgoPicks resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting us in our Discord. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you and we agree that it will be handled in accordance with this section.

Disputes regarding payment, billing, or refunds are between you and Winible and are governed by Winible's own terms.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The "Last updated" stamp at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use after a material change constitutes acceptance.
